TORRINGTON, Conn. — Two Torrington citizens are dealing with animal cruelty fees after over a dozen animals living in lousy situations had been seized from their house.
On April 28, Torrington law enforcement and animal control executed a search and seizure warrant at a house on Washington Avenue. Investigators found over a dozen animals living in “very poor, unsanitary ailments.”
